UCSF Arts & Events provides art, social, and discount programs intended to help students, staff and faculty  strike a balance between work or study and play.

Student Life provides poster making supplies for members of Registered Clubs &  Organizations (RCO) or student government (ASUC or GSA) wanting to publicize their organization or event. Just stop by either the Parnassus or Mission Bay office anytime Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m and we can set you up with some poster paper, paints and markers!

RCO, GSA or ASUC members may check the Costco card out for 24-hours. Please fill out an event supplies request in your organization's portal in OrgSync. Pleae note: It is mandatory to leave your UCSF student ID in order to check out the card.

Registered Clubs & Organizations must submit a request through OrgSync by creating an Event in your respective organization portal.

UCSF Departments must submit a request using the Alcohol Request Form.

Please visit the Funding section to read about each of the funding sources and their guidelines. After reviewing the guidelines, please log into OrgSync to submit a funding budget request on behalf of your organization.

The best way to find an organization is to search the list of current Registered Clubs & Organizations in OrgSync. You can easily join an organization with a click of a button!
